DOGS IN THE HOTEL

We are pleased to welcome you and your dog to our hotel! Dogs are welcome, but please note that they can only be accommodated with prior reservation. The fee for your dog’s stay is €20,00 per day (excluding food).

Please observe the following rules during your stay with your dog:

• Dogs are not allowed in the main dining area. A separate dining room is available for guests with dogs, where you can dine together. Access to this room is also only permitted with prior reservation.
• Dogs are not allowed on the rooftop terrace or in the sauna area.
• In the dining area, we kindly ask that your dog remains calm and stays under the table.
• Please bring a blanket or a bed for your dog with you.

BOOKING CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT

Please note that your booking is binding only after you have received the confirmation email. To secure your reservation, a deposit of €300 is required.

The deposit should be transferred to our account and must include the stay date, along with your first and last name in the payment reference.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Please report on arrival at Hotel Kristall for registration and key handover (2 min. to apartment Stocknerhof Maranza).

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 13 o clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 13 o clock. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you

Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10 clock. Other times are possible upon request.

Cancellation

Cancellation Conditions According to Art. 1382 ZGB

Please note that there is no right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we offer you a right of withdrawal according to the following cancellation conditions as per Art. 1382 ZGB:

• More than 30 days before departure: No cancellation fee, meaning you will receive your deposit back.
• 29 to 14 days before departure: 30% of the booking value will be retained.
• 13 days before departure: 70% of the booking value will be retained.
• In case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Please inform us in advance if you cannot commence your vacation.

Cancellation insurance

We are looking forward to your visit.
