One card for countless experiences – with the Gitschberg Jochtal Almencard, you can travel for free on public transport across South Tyrol and ride for free on the Gitschberg and Jochtal cable cars in selected periods.
Use the Gitschberg Jochtal Almencard to:
- Free travel on the Berg-Nesselbahn cable cars on the Gitschberg in Meransen and the Jochtal cable car in Vals between 29 May to 11 July 2025 and from 15 September to 7 November 2025
- Travel for free on public transport across South Tyrol
- Get free rides on the Almbus shuttle bus to the Rodenecker-Lüsner Alp

During the summer season, you can use the lift facilities, choosing from attractive multi-day ticket options:
- 3 in 6 days ticket: use of the Gitschberg and Jochtal cable cars on 3 days of your choice within a 3-day period
Price: 60 euros for guests aged 16 years and older, 50 euros for guests aged 8 to 15 years, free for children under 8 - 6 in 12 days ticket: use of the Gitschberg and Jochtal cable cars on 6 days of your choice within a 12-day period
Price: 90 euros for guests aged 16 years and older, 75 euros for guests aged 8 to 15 years, free for children under 8 - a 3-day ticket for the price of 5 days

The Almencard benefits in winter
Public transport
- For Almencard holders, public transport is free of charge throughout South Tyrol. This includes regional trains, buses, the cable cars to Ritten, Jenesien, Mölten and Vöran, the Ritten tram, the Mendel funicular and even the PostAuto Schweiz to Müstair, in Switzerland.
Free shuttle services
- You can use your Almencard to travel free of charge on the Almbus shuttle from Mühlbach to the Rodenecker-Lüsner Alp and the shuttle to the Gitschberg Jochtal ski resort.
